This Beanish witch has cooked up a diabolical plan to steal Princess Peach's voice and use it to elicit the Beanstar's wish-granting power in hopes that she might bring both the Beanbean and Mushroom kingdoms under her control. Cackletta is a master of disguise; even after defeat, her ghost can possess others to do her bidding.
